About Us

Hair To Ware is a hair salon that is dedicated to helping you deal with hair loss. Not your traditional hair salon, we specialise in providing a complete hair enhancement service to rectify all forms of hair loss. Based in Ware, Hertfordshire, we are a dedicated family-run business that began in 2001 and work with children from as young as 2 along with both men and women. Our devoted hair loss specialists prioritise hair loss caused by chemotherapy treatment as well as alopecia and thinning hair. At Hair To Ware, we are privileged to support and work alongside the Little Princess Trust™.

NHS Referrals

At Hair To Ware, we are privileged to hold the national NHScontract. We  receive referrals from NHS trusts and private hospitals throughout the UK for those who are undergoing chemotherapy treatment and also, treatment
for alopecia.

You will receive a referral from the NHS Trust Orthotics department either by letter or telephone. There is a statutory national government prescription charge of £68.90, which is payable by cheque only.

This charge is applicable to all clients unless you receive a government
prescription. Should you have any concerns regarding your referral, please feel free to contact us directly at any time.

We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

We may collect data relating to your health, which may be classed as sensitive data, from you which will be stored on our CRM system within your client profile. This data could be classed as sensitive as it relates to your medical condition, for example but not limited to: if you are suffering hair loss as a side effect to treatment, such data is recorded by Hair to Ware to aid employees with your consultation and service delivery. An example of this would be “Alopecia” or “Chemotherapy”. We may, depending on the NHS trust, need to record your NHS number. This is used to facilitate the invoicing process between Hair to Ware Ltd and an NHS trust. The NHS number is used by this third party as a Unique Reference Number. Please let us know at the point of registration or request of this information if you do not wish to disclose this data or please email us at hairtoware@aol.com for further information.

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.
